Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns are made if there is an issue with the print on a shirt. If the size is wrong you will be given a 50% off promo code for the purchase of the correct size.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wheelspinaddict@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wheelspinaddict@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Supercharger Terms of Conditions:
WheelSpinAddict reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute
prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or
cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents
Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be
appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the
difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty
concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions,
conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
    This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of ELIGIBLE LOCATIONS and Prize will
only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state
and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the priz
Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information
approximately 1 hour after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by
email as directed by WheelSpinAddict within 7 days of notification. Sponsor is not
responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive
email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to
adequately monitor any email account.
    Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize
forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of
eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim
Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to WheelSpinAddict promotions
and advertisements but will not be shared with any other vendors. You can unsubscribe to
WheelSpinAddict notifications at any time.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry
information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized
access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this
Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to
any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or
providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or
unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination
thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f)
any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device
which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or
download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
    If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons
which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or delay the Sweepstakes in

whole or in part. In such event, WheelSpinAddict will notify all participants of the new
drawing date.

Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the
Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
